WE NEED 60 CONTACT CENTER SPECIALIST WHO CAN START ON AUGUST 26 (TUESDAY) AT CLARK, PAMPANGA
Job Description:
The Contact Centre Specialist role will be responsible for answering a variety of incoming calls regarding patient medical bills, insurance, Explanation of Benefits (EOB) forms, and bill payment arrangements. This role will utilize multiple internal systems to assist with overall patient billing needs.
Work Details:
Start on August 26, full onsite work at Clark, Pampanga in a shifting schedule

Experience Needed:
- Must be a 2nd Year College Completer/ associate degree/ College Graduate
- Must have at least 1-year BPO International experience
Requirements Needed:
Must have the following on hand:
- Diploma / TOR / COG
- TIN/ SSS/ PHILHEALTH/ PAG IBIG
- Can start ASAP and can work onsite
