Robotics Technician

As part of our Robotics Team in Laguna, you will have the following responsibilities:

Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:

• Provide phone support to customer and/or sales staff regarding customer concerns and issues
• Schedule and visits customers to provide field support to customers
• Assess and evaluate the needs and concerns of customers based on observations and from feedback of customers
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, endusers and supervisors and maintain close contact with them in order to respond promptly to their concerns/needs
• Prepares regular reports/documentations with evaluations and recommendations
• Performs minor troubleshooting and repairs in robots, as may be encountered during visits
• Acts as coordinator between customer and back office (service department) for repair and maintenance needs
• Coordinates with customers for machine installations (prior, during, and after)
• Conducts basic robot operation trainings
• Monitor customers equipment for preventive maintenance and data backups. Keep record of customer robot equipment
• Informs customer of recommended PM cycle or schedule and ensures that customer performs regular maintenance and data backups
• Coordinates with Service Department for service and maintenance needs including PM's of customers
• Assists during or performs robot installations
• Assists Applications Engineer in application test/simulations
• Provides technical support to Sales staff as maybe needed
• Assist during exhibit preparations
• Perform other tasks or assignment as may be required

Requirements:

• Graduate Engineering Course with preference to Mechatronics, Mechanical, and EE/ECE
• Knowledgeable in Autocad and MS Office
• Able to report to Filinvest Technology Park, Calamba, Laguna
• With good character and organizational skills
• With Valid Driver's License (1 and 2) for Field Work
• Willing to render overtime, as needed
• With experience is an advantage
• Open for Fresh Graduates (No license required)
