IT Programmer

About the role

Mary Grace Cafe' is seeking a talented IT Programmer to join our dynamic team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions, while also supporting system development tasks, including Programming, Automation, and Integration. This role combines Technical Programming skills with a strong understanding of Data Analytics, business intelligence and data reporting systems, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

What you'll be doing:

• Design and develop BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau or SAP.
• Write and maintain clean, efficient code in language such as Python, C#, SQL, or JavaScript.
• Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) data from various sources (ERP, POS, HRIS etc)
• Collaborate with business users to gather and translate requirements into a technical specifications.
• Optimize database queries and improve report performance.
• Support Backend System integration and data automation tasks.
• Maintain documentation on data models, report logic, and API integration.
• Develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools
• Continuously monitor and optimise system performance to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend process improvements

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst or IT Programmer
• Proficient in SQL and Scripting / Programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or NET)
• Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Knowledge of database systems like MySQL, MSSQL, or PostgreSQL
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Experience working with business users to understand data needs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Candidate must be willing to be assigned at Marian Business Park San Martin de Porres Paranaque City.
