  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels, reporting shortages, and minimizing waste.
  • Coordinate with the Commissary Head and fellow staff to meet daily production requirements.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
  • Comply with all company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
