Location: Multiple hospital booth sites in Medical City Ortigas (Medical City and future onsite booths in Greater Manila locations)

Schedule: Willing to work weekends & holidays, 5 day work-week

About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Supervisor – Healthcare (Onsite) to lead and manage our Healthcare Plan Advisors across multiple hospital booth locations. You'll be responsible for hitting sales targets, ensuring professional client interactions, and coaching your team to excel in consultative selling. This role combines leadership, sales strategy, and operational management to deliver outstanding results and customer experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and guide Healthcare Plan Advisors in achieving sales targets in Hospital booths.
  • Conduct coaching sessions, training, and performance reviews.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage scheduling, site assignments, and resource allocation.
  • Handle escalations and operational concerns.
  • Track and analyze team performance, creating reports with actionable insights.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new Advisors.
  • Implement initiatives to boost conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • College-level education; business or marketing background is a plus.
  • 2–3 years sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to drive conversions and manage client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication in English & Filipino.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Analytical, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willing to travel across multiple sites and work on weekends/holidays.
  • Experience in Bancassurance, Credit card onsite sales, or Real estate onsite sales.
