  • Coordinate with approved service providers or contractors for specialized tasks
  • Identify opportunities to enhance facility operations and recommend practical improvements

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Structural)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in facilities or building maintenance
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Capable of planning, scheduling, and overseeing maintenance activities
  • Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes
