JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or vocational course graduate.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years relevant work experience.
• Basic knowledge in Logistics/Warehousing activities.
• Physically fit.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items.
• 5 feet minimum height
• Good oral and written communication.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours and travel to different branch locations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Loading and Unloading Shipments:

• Assists in loading and unloading shipments at the warehouse and delivery locations.
• Ensures proper handling and stacking of fragile and sensitive items.
• Verifies that the correct items are loaded according to the Transfer Receipt documents.

Delivery Coordination and Security:

• Ensures the truck is properly locked and sealed before leaving the warehouse.
• For multiple drop deliveries, confirms that the truck is locked/sealed by the branch personnel before departure to prevent item pilferage.
• Assists the driver in navigation and coordination with branch personnel to ensure efficient delivery schedules.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Ensures all Transfer Receipt (TR) documents are complete and signed by the Warehouse Assistant Supervisor – Dispatch before departure.
• Verifies that all items are checked and accounted for during unloading at the branch.
• Ensure Transfer Receipt documents are signed by the receiving branch personnel, including printed name, date, and time of receipt.
• Reports any delivery discrepancies, issues, or concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor before leaving the branch.
• Turn over the original and pink copy of the Transfer Receipt document to the Warehouse Inventory Encoder – Dispatch after delivery.
• Ensures that all delivery-related expenses are properly liquidated after the trip.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php665.65 per day
