Forklift Operator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1) Inspect the forklift unit for any possible damage/defect and operate safely at all times.

a) Coolant level

b) Oil (gear and hydraulic) level

c) Machine cleanliness

d) Moving parts (fork up and down)

2) Transferring of palleted FG to FGW designated area for quantity checking prior to receiving.

3) Received and transport necessary RM from SCS warehouse / stacking area for pouring as requested by the Control Room Operator and/or Feed Mill Supervisor.

4) Report immediately any other abnormalities observed in the forklift to the Feed Mill Supervisor.

5) Record keeping of all tasks done.

6) Housekeeping and cleaning of the manufacturing area.

7) Any other task given by the Superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school graduate
• Must have Heavy Equipment Operation (Forklift) NC II.
• With at least 3 years of working experience as a Forklift Operator.
• Willing to work on extended hours.
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule and or extended hours.
• Must be physically fit.
