Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Database Developer / Administrator to manage our organization's data architecture, ensure high performance, and maintain security. The ideal candidate will be proficient in database design, optimization, and Python-based automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
  • Ensure data integrity, availability, and reliable backup systems.
  • Implement performance tuning and monitor database health.
  • Use Python for data migration, ETL scripting, and database automation.
  • Collaborate with developers and analysts to support data-driven applications.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (SQLAlchemy, Pandas, or similar libraries).
  • Hands-on experience in database performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, indexing, and backup/recovery strategies.
  • Knowledge of Linux-based environments is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
