About the role

We're looking for a Cloud & Identity Engineer to join our growing Manila team. This role focuses on Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune — helping to deliver secure, scalable, and well-managed environments as part of customer projects.

You'll work closely with UK-based senior engineers, collaborating on project delivery and implementation. It's a hands-on, technical role, ideal for someone with several years of experience in Microsoft 365 or identity management who wants to broaden their skills and work as part of an international engineering team.

What you'll be doing

· Deliver Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune solutions for customer projects.

· Configure and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.

· Implement Conditional Access, MFA, and identity security baselines.

· Deploy Intune / Endpoint Manager policies for device compliance, application deployment, and configuration management.

· Develop and maintain endpoint management policies supporting automated rollout of operating system upgrades, software deployment, and new device provisioning.

· Work with on-site engineers to ensure remote configuration policies enable efficient rollout and management of UK-based end-user devices.

· Support hybrid identity projects, including integration with on-premises Active Directory environments.

· Use PowerShell to automate configuration and administration tasks.

· Maintain high standards of security and documentation across all deliverables.

What we're looking for

· 4–6 years' experience in Microsoft 365, Intune, or identity engineering roles (MSP or service delivery background preferred).

· Strong technical understanding of Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID / Azure AD, and Intune.

· Experience with end-user device management through Intune or similar tools, including OS upgrades, software deployment, and device provisioning.

· Practical experience managing secure, multi-tenant environments.

· Confident scripting and automation using PowerShell.

· Good communication and collaboration skills — comfortable working with remote colleagues.

· Methodical, reliable, and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Certifications (or equivalent experience):

Essential / strongly preferred:

· Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

· Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate

Desirable:

· Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate

· Microsoft Certified: Security Administrator Associate
