General Foreman (Residential Projects) – Laguna

Location: Laguna, Philippines

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced General Foreman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will specialize in residential construction projects and will be responsible for supervising daily site operations, ensuring quality workmanship, and coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to deliver projects on time and within standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities on residential projects
• Manage and assign tasks to workers and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and work-related issues
• Monitor work progress and report accomplishments to Project Engineer/Manager
• Maintain accurate records of manpower, materials, and work activities

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Foreman in residential projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
• Ability to lead and motivate site teams effectively
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Willing to be assigned in Laguna
• Vocational/Technical or Civil Engineering background is an advantage
