Job Requirements:

  • Registered Civil Engineer
  • With at least 1-2 years of work experience in horizontal development is an advantage.
  • Experience in land development and housing construction.
  • Proficient in Ms Office Applications (MS Excel)
  • Proficient in Design and Engineering tools and programs (i.e., AutoCad)
  • Good management skills and keen to details.
  • Good communication skills both oral and written.
  • Willing to be assigned in any of our Project Sites: Calauan, Laguna / Batulao, Batangas / General Trias, Cavite

Job Summary:

  • To monitor and inspect daily activities on land development and housing construction and ensure assigned task is performed efficiently in accordance with the approve plans, specifications, target schedules and acceptable quality.
  • To coordinate with contractors to ensure adherence to set targets and discuss projects concerns and generate reports on progress of work.
  • To address and monitor all related project concerns such as punch list and rectifications on units, project utilities performance, and show village maintenance.
  • To assist the Site Supervisor in implementing all environmental and safety requirements on site.
