Golf Club Fitter

Perform club fittings;

• Detailed analysis of customers' golf equipment
• Inform customer of current product specifications and inconsistencies
• Operation of Trackman Launch Monitor
• Operation of proprietary club fitting software
• Test demo product with the customer to determine the best fit
• Make the best recommendations based on talent and skill level
• Sell new golf equipment and ensure achievement of sales target

Perform minor club repair;

• Gripping
• Loft and lie adjustments

Customer Support

• Work one-on-one with the customer creating a positive club-fitting experience

• Ensure each customer receives exceptional service leading to maximized sales by finding the right products, providing creative solutions, and resulting in noticeable performance gains.

Provide necessary follow-up fitting support to customers in a timely manner.

• Help with set-up fitting areas.

• Keep the demo club clean in good working order and stocked with current product offerings.

• Keep all club fitting equipment and tools clean and in good working order.

• Assist other store personnel with daily tasks and servicing customers when not in an appointment.

• Ensure updated data on stock cards.

• Ensure to maintain and organized the store

• Provide training on Club fitting to other store personnel

• Participate in all inventory activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
