We are seeking a reliable and tech-savvy Bingo Technician to oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of our electronic bingo systems. This role ensures the smooth and accurate execution of bingo games, supports staff training, and upholds compliance with gaming regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain all electronic bingo systems, including hardware, software, terminals, and display units
  • Monitor live bingo sessions to ensure seamless operation and promptly troubleshoot any technical issues
  • Verify the accuracy of electronic bingo cards, game results, and sales transactions
  • Maintain detailed records of game outcomes, financial data, and equipment inventory
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance in line with manufacturer guidelines
  • Train and support bingo staff on the proper use of electronic systems
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant gaming laws, regulations, and internal policies
Qualifications:
  • No formal educational background required
  • Proven experience in maintaining and setting up audiovisual systems and traditional bingo equipment
  • Willingness to work mall hours, including late-night and graveyard shifts
  • Flexible with rest days, including availability to work on weekends and holidays
