This role ensures that all buildings, utilities, and equipment are properly maintained, compliant with regulations, and aligned with the company's operational needs. The Facilities Manager also leads space planning, condominium management, security, and sustainability initiatives to provide a safe, functional, and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facility Operations & Maintenance

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of condominium operations, company facilities, offices, and assets.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of utilities, equipment, and office infrastructure.
  • Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and security.

2. Vendor & Contract Management

  • Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers (e.g., utilities, janitorial, security, repairs).
  • Negotiate contracts and monitor service delivery against agreed standards.
  • Review and approve maintenance and service invoices.

3. Space Planning & Workplace Management

  • Oversee office space allocation, seating arrangements, and renovations.
  • Ensure efficient use of space and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Plan facilities upgrades and fit-outs as needed.

4. Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Prepare and manage the facilities budget for repairs, utilities, and supplies.
  • Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Provide management with reports on facilities and condominium performance and expenditures.

5. Compliance, Safety & Security

  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, permits, and building codes of all properties.
  • Implement workplace safety protocols, fire drills, and emergency preparedness plans.
  • Coordinate with security personnel to maintain a safe work environment.

6. Sustainability & Efficiency

  • Implement energy-saving and waste reduction initiatives.
  • Recommend eco-friendly solutions for facilities management.
  • Monitor utilities consumption and propose efficiency improvements.

7. Team Leadership

  • Supervise Property Managers and Facilities staff (maintenance, janitorial, security, utility workers).
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluation for facilities team.
  • Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in facilities or property management, with 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety).
  • Familiarity with workplace safety standards and government regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systems/software.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel - Courtyards/North Cambridge, Bayani Hall Lecaros, Bayani Hall Urdaneta, Bayani Hall Dagupan, Boracay

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
