Key responsibilities

  • Application processing: Manage the entire visa application timeline, meet deadlines, and prepare the application accurately for submission.
  • Client communication: Provide timely updates to clients on their application status via phone, email, or messaging platforms, and answer their questions.
  • Status tracking: Track the application's progress with immigration authorities and follow up as needed.
  • Problem-solving: Identify and address potential issues or problems during the application process.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments for visa interviews or biometrics.

Required skills

  • Attention to detail: A strong focus on accuracy is crucial for preparing visa documents correctly.
  • Organizational skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, files, and deadlines is essential.
  • Communication skills: Clear and regular communication with clients is necessary to keep them informed and address concerns.
  • Proficiency in software: Familiarity with software programs like Microsoft Office is often required.
