Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week)

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon–Thurs), 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Fri)


Solutions Architect

Salary: PHP 140,000 gross all in

Minimum Qualifications:

A plug-and-play resource who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision. Ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • Strong experience in creating high-level and low-level technical documentation, including architecture diagrams.

  • Solid understanding of various architecture design types, especially:

  • Serverless architectures

  • Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, .NET, etc.)

  • Skilled in documenting and designing requirements clearly and thoroughly.

  • Fast and efficient in research and development (R&D) tasks;

Cloud Architect

Salary: PHP 100,000 to PHP 120,000 gross all in

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or similar role, with a focus on Azure.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
  • Proficiency in Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards in cloud environments.

Data Architect

Salary: PHP 110,000 to PHP 150,000 gross all in

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in data architecture, with at least 3 years focused on Azure Databricks.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and Databricks SQL.
  • Strong experience with Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and Azure DevOps.
  • Proven track record in designing and deploying large-scale data platforms in Azure.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance.
  • Experience with Python, Scala, and SQL in a big data context.
  • Familiarity with MLflow, Unity Catalog, and Databricks Workflows is a plus.

Data Engineer

Salary: PHP 120,000 to PHP 150,000 gross all in

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 5 to 10 years' previous experience as a data engineer or in a similar role
  • Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
  • Knowledge of programming languages  (e.g. Java and Python)
  • Advanced Hands-on experience with SQL database design and Databricks (non-negotiable)
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field; a Master's is a plus
  • Experience/Knowledge in using Salesforce, Sap, Oracle, Genesys is a plus
