This position involves collecting and organizing research data, monitoring tree health using digital tools, assisting in the safe preparation and application of organic fertilizer, and performing essential tasks such as seedling care, planting, weeding, pruning, and harvesting. The assistant also helps maintain and repair farm equipment and facilities to ensure smooth and safe operations.

  • Collecting and collating research and experiment results
  • Tree monitoring using a company-provided application
  • Provide assistance on keeping, preparing, and spraying of chemicals
  • Assisting the heads/managers with activities such as germination, re-bagging of seedlings, planting in the field, etc
  • Performing maintenance on trees, such as ring weeding, weeding, pruning, and crop harvesting, under the supervision of the Farm Supervisor
  • Maintaining and repairing agricultural facilities, equipment, and tools to ensure operational readiness, safety, and cleanliness
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by the Supervisor, Farm Manager and Company Owner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
