JOB OVERVIEW
  • An SAP Business Process Analyst (BPA) consultant in Delaware typically analyzes client business needs and translates them into effective SAP solutions. The role is cross-functional, involving process modeling, configuration, testing, and client training.
  • An SAP BPA consultant's primary responsibility is to improve business performance by leveraging SAP software solutions. Specific duties often include:
  • Requirements Assessment: Collaborating with clients to assess and document current business and application requirements.
  • Process Modeling and Design: Leading business process modeling and conducting fit/gap analyses to align client processes with SAP best practices.
  • System Configuration: Configuring the SAP software modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, PP, SD) according to the defined business requirements and specifications.
  • Development & Testing: Driving the development of functional and system specifications and executing tests to validate required functionalities and ensure quality of delivery.
  • Documentation and Training: Maintaining all necessary documentation and performing knowledge transfer and training for clients and team members.
  • Support & Deployment: Providing support during deployment, go-live, and post-sustainment phases (AMS - Application Management Services).
  • Communication: Acting as a key intermediary, communicating effectively within a team environment and with various project stakeholders, including external vendors.
  • Pre-Sales Activities: Assisting in pre-sales activities, such as preparing demonstrations and presentations.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as an SAP consultant with strong business process flow understanding is often preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with one or more core SAP modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, Warehousing) is essential. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, for client-facing roles, workshops, and documentation.
  • Methodology: Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology is a plus.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
NOTES

Engagement Type: Consultant role offering a favorable tax structure and competitive take-home pay

Equipment: Consultant-provided laptop (company-provided for select highly technical roles, subject to confirmation)

Work Location: BGC, Taguig, with possible deployment to project sites as required

Work Arrangement: Primarily remote, with onsite presence required on critical project days or as needed
