The
STAR intern
deployed in our
Internal Audit
Team will be immersed in an enhanced student workforce curriculum which will enable students to experience a well-rounded work exposure and learnings.

Learning Opportunities:

  • Improve your business acumen with the different business units in the Banking Industry
  • Be coached by leaders who will equip you with effective ways of working and behavioral competencies
  • Develop your organizational and multi-tasking skills through day-to-day activities
  • Enhance your creativity and project management skills through process improvements and efficiency tools
  • Improve your strategic thinking as you take part in strategic projects that you will build from the ground up
  • Experience our learning sessions and coaching circles specifically designed for interns

Qualifications:

  • College students from any course. Preferably in their 3rd year or 4th year but any year level is welcome to apply
  • Able to commit to a 3-month internship duration
    (Starting February or March 2026)
  • Willing to be trained and be exposed in learning opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a learning mindset and open to take on tasks and special projects
  • Students taking Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Management Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Financial Management or similar courses are welcome to apply for the internship program
