We are seeking a Senior Bookkeeper / Executive Assistant to join our Makati office and work directly with the Owner of Electric Loans Group, an international asset finance business operating across Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines.

This role combines hands-on accounting and financial management with personal assistant duties, providing structure, coordination, and oversight across all entities within the group. You will be the owner's eyes and ears in the business, ensuring smooth financial operations, clear reporting, and effective communication between international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multi-entity bookkeeping and reconciliations for Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines.
  • Oversee ledgers, journals, and intercompany accounts following Australian accounting standards.
  • Prepare monthly management reports, budgets, and group cash flow updates.
  • Coordinate with accountants for BAS, GST/VAT, and payroll reporting.
  • Maintain organization, accuracy, and control across all financial functions.
  • Act as Personal Assistant to the owner, managing schedules, travel, and daily priorities.
  • Serve as communication bridge between the owner and international teams.
  • Handle confidential documents and correspondence with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, with 1+ years in Australian accounting (required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
  • Experience in asset finance, lending, or financial services is highly regarded.
  • Strong proficiency with Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Work Setup:

  • Location: Makati City (onsite only)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
  • Reports to: Company Owner / Group Director
