JOB SCOPE
A Lounge Supervisor's job scope revolves around overseeing and managing the daily operations of a lounge, ensuring a high level of customer service and a smooth, efficient environment. They are responsible for staffing, quality control, customer interaction, and overall lounge performance.
He/She needs to be creative, diligent, dedicated, and enthusiastic, possess exceptional interpersonal skills, and be someone who is able to maintain composure in stressful situations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in oversee day-to-day operations to deliver high level of service for our guests consistently.
- Interacting with customers, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring a positive lounge experience.
- Monitor and ensure quality of food, guest services, hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness to achieve total customer satisfaction and meet company's standards
- Carry out regular checks of all areas of the lounge, such as food counter, toilets, resting suites, magazine rack, and internet area to ensure cleanliness and tidiness at all times and the functionality of all facilities.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to standards.
- Ensure proper festive decorations and food are displayed in order.
- Provide food and drink recommendations to guests.
- Handle administration duties include stock ordering, staff roster, billing, daily report and duty assignments
- Contributing to the profitability of the lounge by achieving financial and non-financial targets.
- Resolve personnel problems, hire new staff, and evaluate staff performance.
- Supervising and directing the lounge staff, including training, performance management, and scheduling
- Leading and motivating the team to achieve common goals, fostering a positive work environment, and recognizing employee contributions.
- Addressing operational issues, managing ad-hoc incidents, and escalating concerns to management.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.
- Completing monthly reports and providing regular updates to management, tracking performance metrics.
- Communicating effectively with staff, customers, and management, providing regular updates and reports.
- Undertake a busy and fast paced role with varied duties
- Handle and resolve issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibility as assigned by the Management
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience at supervisory level in hospitality or F&B Industry. Preferably experience in restaurants and lounges.
- Strong leadership skills, mature, outgoing & guest oriented, good communication skills.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, strong sense of responsibility and positive thinking.
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Shift duty is required and able to work on weekends, eve public holiday and Public Holiday.
- Calm, efficient and organized
- Accountable and resilient.
- Computer literacy

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift + 1 hour meal break.
Supplemental Pay:

- NAIA Terminal 3 Pasay: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
