We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead the operations in Dinosaur Waterpark Resort, a one-of-a-kind destination in Zamboanga City set to open at the end of this year.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the resort and waterpark, ensuring smooth day-to-day management, excellent guest experiences, and achievement of business goals. You will play a key role in building and leading a strong team, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring the resort meets the highest standards of safety, service, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for all departments, including operations, guest services, food & beverage, sales & marketing, and maintenance.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high service quality and safety standards.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of staff to create a motivated and efficient workforce.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
  • Foster a guest-focused culture by ensuring excellent customer service and memorable experiences.
  • Build strong partnerships with local communities, government agencies, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
  • Proven experience in hospitality, resort, theme park, or related management role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of financial management and business operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to be based in Zamboanga City and work on-site full time.
