About the role

Aljay Agro-Industrial Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated Demand Generation Agent to join our growing team in Batangas, Laguna, Quezon Province, Pangasinan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Benguet, La Union. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in driving the company's marketing and customer acquisition efforts in our Luzon areas.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and nurturing qualified sales leads through targeted outreach and engagement activities
  • Organizing and executing marketing campaigns and events to generate new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with the sales team to provide qualified leads and support the sales process
  • Analyzing customer data and market trends to inform and improve demand generation strategies
  • Maintaining accurate records of all lead generation and campaign activities
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with potential clients

What we're looking for

  • With Driver's License and own Motorcycle.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a demand generation, lead development or sales support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation and campaign management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and optimize strategies
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Knowledge of the agricultural industry
