Your Mission

  • Collaborate with customer-facing teams to resolve billing-related customer inquiries in a timely manner.

  • Review sales orders and order confirmations and ensure accuracy of billing and reporting.

  • Initiate and implement improvements in the O2C process and ensure minimal revenue leakage throughout the process.

  • Supporting in processes around US Sales Tax (Anrok) and other tax reporting.

  • Stripe Administration on a daily basis.

  • Problem management.

  • Chase failed Payments.

  • Filling Dispute cases and managing chargebacks.

  • Working on various reports.

  • Keep track of refunds and controls on refunds.

  • Making sure that clients with listings are being charged on time.
