Reporting to: Assistant Purchasing and Inventory Manager
Work Schedule: 5-day work week
The Inventory Management Associate is responsible for ensuring all internal stakeholders are able to record the inventory accurately and on a timely basis and in accordance with the company standards, policies, and procedures. The role also includes consolidation of data and preparation of reports related to inventory management.
Other responsibilities include:
- Reviews and audits inventory reports for operating supplies, spare parts, scrap disposals, vehicle, computer, & other equipment including random checking for accuracy verification.
- Consolidates all non-critical inventory reports including out of stock and slow moving items.
- Recommends and executes inventory process improvement tasks.
- Prepares & updates policies & procedures.
To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:
- Has a Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
- Fresh graduate or has less than 2 years working experience in inventory management in a manufacturing environment.
- Good oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledgeable in SAP is an advantage.
- Willing to be assigned in Calumpit, Bulacan.
