  • Administer first aid and basic life support (BLS) to employees during medical emergencies.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, accidents, or health-related concerns in the workplace.
  • Maintain and regularly check first aid kits, emergency medical supplies, and equipment.
  • Document and report all accidents, treatments, and health-related incidents accurately.
  • Coordinate with medical professionals, clinics, or hospitals for employee transport and further treatment.
  • Support the implementation of company safety and health programs in compliance with DOLE and OSH standards.
  • Conduct or assist in health and safety orientations and emergency drills.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee medical information and records.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Safety Officer or HR Department
