Role Responsibilities

• PR Gift liaison: Help with logistics for all PR packages
• Tracking & organizing the seeding & gifting list (take note of names to gift, items that were sent out, new addresses/ contracts, updating the manual EMV tracker, etc.)
• Monthly consolidation of online reports
• Support in expense claims
• Support in retailtainment supplier bookings
• Support in on-ground events (retailtainment, shopping party)
• Support in coordination for social media posts (influencer and retailer)

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (3rd or 4th year)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
