Recruiment Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to manage and execute end-to-end hiring processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates across various departments. Experience in bulk hiring or working with recruitment agencies is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and post job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments.
• Maintain recruitment reports and metrics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in bulk hiring or recruitment agency work is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Willing to be assigned at C. Raymundo, Pasig City
