Key Responsibilities:
- Administer mandatory government benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG, including processing contributions, loans, and claims.
- Handle employee concerns by providing guidance, clarification, and timely resolutions in accordance with company policies.
- Communicate, clarify, and explain company memos, policies, and disciplinary guidelines to employees.
- Maintain accurate and organized HR records, employee files, and documentation..
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and HR best practices.
- Coordinate with government agencies regarding updates, submissions, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in HR-related initiatives, employee engagement activities, and department projects.
