Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer mandatory government benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG, including processing contributions, loans, and claims.
  • Handle employee concerns by providing guidance, clarification, and timely resolutions in accordance with company policies.
  • Communicate, clarify, and explain company memos, policies, and disciplinary guidelines to employees.
  • Maintain accurate and organized HR records, employee files, and documentation..
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Coordinate with government agencies regarding updates, submissions, and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in HR-related initiatives, employee engagement activities, and department projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
