Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Industrial Engineering (required)

  • With supervisory or forelady experience in manufacturing, production, or recycling industry

  • Knowledge in recycling processes and efficiency methods is an advantage

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Willing to be assigned in Lawang Bato, Valenzuela City

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and lead recycling operations and staff

  2. Oversee proper segregation, sorting, and processing of recyclable materials

  3. Apply industrial engineering principles to improve efficiency and productivity

  4. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

  5. Prepare daily reports and recommend process improvements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
