Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Asset Accounting Staff to join our Accounting Team. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate records of company assets, ensuring proper capitalization, and supporting compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and update fixed assets, acquisitions, transfers, and disposals in the accounting system.
  • Monitor asset tagging, physical verification, and reconciliation with the general ledger.
  • Prepare and maintain asset depreciation schedules and related journal entries.
  • Coordinate with various departments to track and validate asset movements and inventory.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities related to fixed assets.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements concerning asset accounting.
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and relevant accounting standards.
  • Perform other related accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related field.
  • Preferably with 2–3 years of experience in accounting or fixed asset management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
