Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tax Compliance Associate. The role offers a mix of office presence in Makati and work-from-home flexibility. The Tax Compliance Associate will handle tasks such as preparing and reviewing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, conducting tax research, and providing support during tax audits. Additional responsibilities include advising clients on tax strategies and developments, and collaborating with senior team members on complex tax matters.

Qualifications

  • Experience in preparing and reviewing tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations
  • Strong tax research skills and experience in providing support during tax audits
  • Proficiency in advising clients on tax strategies and developments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of commercial law and corporate reorganizations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Taxation, Law, or a related field
  • CPA or bar license is preferred
