Job Title: Implementation Engineer (Telecommunications)

Job Description:

  • Participate in bidding, solution design, and contract negotiations to ensure project feasibility during the pre-sales stage.
  • Oversee end-to-end project implementation in alignment with approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring smooth execution and coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Control project costs and scope changes to guarantee on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Establish and maintain internal and external project governance and reporting systems.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to engineers and subcontractors during implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Telecom Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management (wireless/microwave or related).
  • At least 5 years' experience in Telco implementation.
  • 2+ years' experience in OSP or FTTX.
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work overtime and travel domestically.
