Counter Clerk Registrar

Must a Bachelors Graduate of any course.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Performs inventory of admission requirements o new students and transferees (College and Senior High School) and prepares the report of all students with documentary deficiencies.
• Accomplishes the Letter of Request for Form 137 (for new students) and Certificate of Transfer Credential (for transferees), keeps a tracking sheet of these documents and ensures that these documents are sent to the schools (via personal visit or mail).
• Files documents and records of students in the student portfolio.
• Ensures digital back-up of new and old student records, uploads and organizes them in the archiving software.
• Performs the function of a Document Control Custodian (DCC) for the Office of the Registrar.
• Performs other functions as designated by the Registrar.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Office Management or any related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including database management and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From Php14,606.67 per month
