Content Marketing Assistant/Jr. Manager

MedEthix Inc.(An Ayala Affiliate under AC Health Group) is looking for a proficient Content Marketing Assistant Manager for Consumer Health Group. The perfect candidate should be skilled in creating and implementing marketing strategies that are in line with the company's goals and foster business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development

• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager to develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that support brand objectives and business growth.
• Ensure alignment of content initiatives with brand guidelines, messaging standards, and the company's overarching marketing goals.
• Develop content calendars that integrate both digital (60%) and offline (40%) content initiatives.

Content Creation & Production

• Oversee the ideation, creation, and production of all content across multiple platforms. (websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, print materials, event collaterals, and instore communications)
• Develop high-quality, engaging content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Ensure all content is aligned with the voice, tone, and message of the brand, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.

Storytelling & Messaging

• Own the creative direction, narrative, and messaging of all content produced, ensuring it resonates with target audiences and enhances brand positioning.
• Craft compelling stories that effectively communicate brand values, key messages, and product benefits, tailored to the platform and audience.

Cross-Channel Content Integration.

• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure content is optimized for digital performance while maintaining brand consistency across channels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, sales, brands/product, etc.) to ensure that all content initiatives are cohesive and integrated.

SEO & Content Optimization

• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to apply SEO best practices in content writing and metadata.

Performance Monitoring

• Focuses on content-specific KPIs (readability, shares, engagement per post, downloads, etc.).

Content Management & Distribution

• Support content localization efforts, ensuring that content resonates with regional or market-specific audiences as needed.

Collaboration & Engagement

• Work closely with internal teams, to develop content that aligns with product/brand launches, promotions, and other business initiatives.

Brand & Industry Trend Awareness

• Stay knowledgeable on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging content marketing tactics to keep content innovative, and competitive.
• Integrate best practices and new technologies to enhance content creation, distribution, and audience engagement.

Offline Content Creation

• Oversee the creation of materials alongside brands team (print materials, brochures, flyers, and other offline collateral) to ensure consistency with digital content and alignment with broader marketing goals.
• Ensure all offline content supports brand identity and resonates with target audiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing, creative direction, or a related field, with on both digital and offline content.
• Proven experience in creating content across multiple platforms (websites, blogs, social media, print materials, email campaigns, and event collaterals).
• Familiarity with content creation tools and platforms (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
• Agency background preferred.
