Key Responsibilities

• Production Assistance: Assist in preparing and baking various products, including mixing ingredients, rolling dough, and decorating cakes and pastries.
• Preparation: Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes, and prepare pre-mixes, batters, and fillings.
• Equipment Operation: Operate baking machinery, such as ovens and mixers, and monitor baking times and temperatures.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the kitchen, workstations, and equipment clean and sanitized. This includes washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Stocking and Inventory: Restock ingredients, packaging supplies, and display counters. Help with receiving and organizing new stock and maintaining inventory.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, package and sell baked goods, and help with customer inquiries.
• Food Safety: Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations.
• Packaging and Display: Package, label, and display finished products for sale.
