About the role
La Hermoza Royal is seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Tech to join our thriving salon and spa team in Angeles City, Pampanga. As a Nail Tech, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail care services to our diverse clientele, helping them look and feel their best. What you'll be doing
Performing a range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, polishing, and enhancement treatments
Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and sterilisation of tools and workstation
Providing personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate services
Maintaining detailed records of client services and inventory
Participating in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest nail care techniques and trends
Contributing to a positive, customer-focused atmosphere in the salon
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nail Technician
Proven expertise in a variety of nail care treatments and techniques
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a desire to continuously learn and improve
Certification in nail services or related field
Valid nail technician certification from TESDA or recognised beauty school
Legal right to work in the Philippines with valid government ID
Proficiency in gel polish application, nail art, acrylic extensions, and cuticle care
Knowledge of proper sanitation protocols and infection control procedures
Fluency in English and Filipino; additional languages an advantage
