Responsibilities:

  • Act as the bridge between stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear understanding of business needs.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to define functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
  • Create detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
  • Prioritize requirements and manage the product backlog in alignment with business objectives.
  • Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings in an Agile environment.
  • Conduct regular validation and testing of requirements to ensure solutions meet business goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance using data-driven insights and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in business analysis and product management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in
    Business Requirements Analysis
    or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Proficiency in
    database queries
    and familiarity with
    data analysis tools
    .
  • Experience working in
    Agile or Scrum environments
    .
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with tools for managing product backlogs and roadmaps (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
