We're looking for a passionate Liasion Officer to join our team.
Here's what your role involves:
- Handles and files company registrations, permits, licenses, and other related documents with government agencies and local authorities.
- Keeps and organizes all files related to permits, registrations, and compliance documents.
- Prepares, organizes, and submits required documents whenever needed.
- Acts as the company representative when dealing with government offices, banks, and other agencies.
- Keeps track of corporate licenses, registrations, and permits to make sure the company stays compliant.
What we're looking for:
- With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Related Field (preferred but not required)
- At least 2 years of experience as a Liaison Officer or in a related role
- Can operate a motorcycle for official errands
- With Solid knowledge on government processes, permits, and regulatory compliance
- Willingness to travel to government offices and agencies when required
- Well-organized and able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently and with a team
