Duties:

  • Responsible for an inbound and outbound calls for booking appointments
  • Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs
  • Providing customers with information and advice warranty protections
  • Create job estimate and repair order
  • Explain technical issues to customers in simple terms
  • Service sales generation

Qualifications:

  • With degree in Automotive Technology or relative courses
  • With NC-II Certification
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suites and Google Suite
  • With knowledge in basic automotive fundamentals
  • With good communication skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Hino Jose Abad Santos
  • Available to start immediately

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday : 8 AM to 5 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
