Pipe Welder

Performs welding and fabrication of pipes and fittings using SMAW and GTAW processes, ensuring high-quality and safe welds in accordance with project specifications and standards.

• Perform pipe welding in 3G or 5G positions using SMAW or GTAW techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols accurately.
• Prepare materials, align pipe joints, and ensure proper fit-up before welding.
• Conduct visual inspection of welds to ensure conformance with specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in the work area at all times.
• Report defects, equipment issues, or non-conformities to the supervisor.
• Assist in welding tests and quality assurance procedures as required.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and project site regulations.

• TESDA or equivalent SMAW/GTAW NC II or NC III certification.
• Must be certified and experienced in 3G or 5G pipe welding.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in industrial or construction welding.
• Knowledge of welding tools, materials, and safety procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work in site conditions.
