About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled IT Staff / Encoder to join our team at Hyundai Laguna Inc. This full-time position will be based in our office in Tagaytay City, Cavite. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and data entry services to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.
What you'll be doing
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain and update IT asset inventories and documentation
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT security measures
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements
- Provide training and guidance to users on the proper use of IT systems and applications
What we're looking for
- Relevant diploma or certification in Information Technology or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar IT support or data entry role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry
