Egg Grading Machine Operator

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible for the maintenance, control, and operation of the egg grading machine.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Operates egg grading machine and conducts basic maintenance checks

  2. Checks finished goods are in good condition prior to stocking

  3. Prepares daily reports and accomplishes required checklists

  4. Conducts pre and post operation cleaning of egg grading machine to ensure smooth operation

  5. Adjusts machine as needed for different functions or for varying needs of production

  6. Informs Immediate Superior and/or food safety Team on any concern related to food Safety Management System

  7. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of a Technical or Vocational course or an Engineering Undergraduate
  • At least 1 year of experience working in the related field
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Application (Word, Excel)
  • Able to do basic troubleshooting and maintenance work on the assigned equipment
  • Basic knowledge in farm management and operations.
  • Willing to be based Sta. Maria, Bulacan
