JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Source candidates from various sourcing channels for vacancies nationwide
  • Helps in establishing partnerships with possible sources of candidates such as schools, organizations and etc
  • Assists in creating pool for current and future vacancies (across all levels)
  • Attends recruitment events such as job fairs and open house recruitment
  • Assists in updating database for sourcing
  • Handles admin transactions such as collection of pre-employment requirements for new hires.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of working experience in recruitment/sourcing is an advantage
  • Applicants must be willing to work in MAKATI CITY

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
