Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Hold a Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Electrical, Physics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
  2. Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience and training in Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Equipment.
  3. At least 10 years of experience as an E&I engineer.
  4. Experience as a Package ATEX/COMPEX verifier in compliance with IEC 60079 series in previous projects.
  5. Lead Auditor certifications: ISO 9001, API Lead Auditor, ASQ CQA, IRCA.
  6. Valid certificates for ATEX/COMPEX/IECEx.
  7. Preferably hold an API SIEE Certificate.
  8. Experience in reviewing QA/QC Procedures, including QA/QC Plans, Inspection and Test Plans, and Inspection Procedures.
  9. Familiar with the IOGP Life Saving Rules.
  10. Experience and competence with ATEX and BS EN/IECEx requirements, including inspecting equipment and reviewing certification documentation for compliance.
  11. Deep knowledge of:
    1. Oil & Gas Equipment
    2. Strong technical skills and judgment
    3. Manufacturing and fabrication processes
    4. Familiarity with QSP procedures
    5. National and international codes/standards
  12. Ability to write reports in English.
