JOB SCOPE:

  • Responsible in preparation of event documentation such as Proposals, Function sheets, Contracts and Post-Event reports.
  • Coordinate event logistics including Catering, A/V, Signage, and Decorations.
  • Collaborate with the Golf Operations, F&B, Housekeeping and Guest Services teams to ensure a smooth event execution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • With 1-2 years work experience in Event Planning, Coordination and Hospitality Roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
