Job Summary

The client is seeking a Junior Designer to join their creative team. In this role, the designer will work closely with the Chief Creative Officer, Head of Product, and other team members to create and curate visual assets for the website, client presentations, and production submissions.

Primary responsibilities include preparing mockups for t-shirts, hats, sweatshirts, and other garments and accessories, as well as creating AI-assisted illustrations and photos for presentations. Additional tasks may be assigned based on the candidate's skill set and strengths.

This is a full-time, remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare product mockups for tees, hats, pins, etc. with provided designs and templates
• Prepare finalized artwork (particularly vector artwork) for tees, hats, totes and more and assemble it into a tech pack using a template.
• Generate AI illustrations using ChatGPT and/or Midjourney (sometimes other services such as Google Gemini as well)
• Work with CCO/Lead Designer to utilize new photos on product pages, portfolio pages, and case studies
• Create AI or composite images for emails, product listings, and any other applications that require combining images in Photoshop
• Recolor and color correct photos as needed.
• Create size guides using provided measurements and design guidelines
• Create flat vector images for new styles and prepare tech packs / spec sheets for certain products such as pins
• Create label, tag, and packaging files and accompanying imagery to show placement
• Once you are familiar with the product line, put together full presentations in Adobe
• Express using a detailed brief provided by CCO
• Explore new packaging designs, pitch logo/icon designs, other visual ideas as needed

• Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop
• Highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator
• Use of pen tablet for drawing/masking
• Familiarity with ChatGPT/Google Gemini
• Familiarity with Adobe Express as a presentation platform
• Adobe Lightroom and InDesign, Midjourney a plus
• Photo manipulation skills a plus, but not required
• High attention to detail for artwork placement, tech pack, and photo optimization
• Strong graphic skills
• Competent drawing skills
• Creative and resourceful
• Organized but flexible with new inputs
• Garment industry / tech pack / spec sheet preparation experience a plus
• Experience will be evaluated based on Portfolio and CV, but some employment experience is required.
• Quick learners wanted most of all

• Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. 
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
