DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To accept Job Orders from the Operations Supervisor or Customer Service Department and perform the services indicated therein.
To correctly and completely fill-up information on Job Order accomplishment.
To take responsibility for the tools, service equipment and fixed assets assigned and be liable for them in the event of loss or damage.
To return all unused materials to the Asset Inventory Custodian for proper accounting and documentation.
To monitor for illegal connections and report to the Branch Manager or Operations Supervisor (if any).
To take the initiative to repair busted lines even without a Job Order.
To ensure proper and economical usage of fitting materials especially on repair works.
To be available through call or text during the day for more efficient assignment of work.
To assist in any construction or expansion projects which may require manual labor.
To assist the Pump Operators and/or Meter Readers/Collectors when necessary.
To perform other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time.
To participate in Planning Seminars and other company-wide activities.
To monitor and minimize non-revenue water (NRW).
To report to the Branch Manager, Admin Supervisor or Operations Supervisor the quality, availability and pressure concerns of customers.
To market and encourage new customer connections and/or re-connection of disconnected accounts.
To provide excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Branch Assignment: National Road Mac Arthur Highway

Brgy. Tagbac, Jaro, Iloilo City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php513.00 per day
