Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee product development and ensure FDA compliance in terms of safety, labeling, and ingredients.
  • Manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, and production alignment.
  • Ensure product quality and safety through continuous monitoring and quality control.
  • Handle FDA CPR applications and coordinate with regulatory agencies for compliance.
  • Utilize data to inform product decisions and optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Coordinate on shipping procurement and processing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in FDA CPR applications, regulatory compliance, food safety, and demand planning.
  • With Quality assurance management (ie. retention sample, incident reports carry thru + all QA related and technical details needed (from product input, packaging, etc.)
  • Strong background in quality compliance, audits, food safety, and documentation.
  • Knowledgeable in control parameters for finished goods, including snacks, beverages, and traded products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
